Objectives

With the implementation of the project, we will develop innovative offers of health-promoting measures with forest prevention in the three countries for a hard-to-reach target group of young people with disabilities and/or social disadvantages. The youth workers will continue their training with barrier-free digital learning material and practical exercises in the forest and will be able to adapt to the limitations of the target group using a method kit carry out coordinated activities.

Activities

In the project we are developing and testing a barrier-free further training course, digital learning material in 4 languages for youth workers who use forest prevention to promote the health of young people with disabilities and/or social disadvantages and thereby use the beneficial potential of the forest to increase performance, attention and body awareness , mindfulness, improving activity levels and resilience want to take full advantage of targeted exercises.

Impact

The most important project result is the developed, tested, barrier-free training course for youth workers on forest prevention to promote the health of young people with disabilities and/or social disadvantages with digital learning material that is available barrier-free online and mobile in four languages (German, English, Portuguese, Hungarian) for self-learning. All partners and project employees have developed through their joint work, capacities expanded.
