The project aims to develop a training model which helps, particularly newcomers with very basic digital skills to adapt to the digitalized labour market in Nordic countries. This focus will enhance their employment prospects and integration. The project involves surveys, interviews, and a major hackathon to identify and bridge digital skills gaps. Two educational institutions, experienced in teaching newcomers, will lead the project, working with ICT experts and social and health organizations.
