Project aim is to establish a unified, goal-oriented framework for class teacher lessons. A well-structured lesson plan guides teachers in delivering consistent and purposeful lessons with time effective approach, which will help socialization and foster cohesive collaboration within classes. It will facilitate the planning of clear learning activities and discussions that support students' emotional development and strengthen the school community.

Three learning mobilitys will take place, in each partner school. Providing participants opportunity to learn from best practices. A seminar will be organized to provide teachers with the confidence to effectively utilize the new materials and enhance their skills in mentoring students. A validation workshop and material piloting will be held. All these collaborative efforts will culminate in the creation of comprehensive content materials designed specifically for classroom teachers' lessons.

The result of this project is a 50hours of structured, goal-oriented lesson plans, tailored for 5th-9th classes. Developed materials will supports consistent and purposeful lesson conduction. A collection of well-developed, tested lesson modules, designed to facilitate effective cross-school collaboration and improve teaching practices. Through targeted meetings and the sharing of best practices teacher skills and knowledge are improved which will foster a continuous organisation development.
