▶Objectives
Tierra de bienestar seeks to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of carers and dependent people in rural areas. Through workshops on ceramics, pictograms, art therapy and music therapy, emotional support and skills development will be offered. The entities will create itineraries of social inclusion and a shared database of good practices, seeking to establish a replicable model that strengthens well-being and social cohesion in disadvantaged communities.
▶Activities
There will be workshops on music therapy, art therapy, ceramics and reflexology, as well as ceramic pictogram workshops to facilitate communication. A travelling exhibition will also be organised to showcase the results and creativity of the participants. In addition, the coordination and management of the project will be carried out, and itineraries will be developed together with a methodology adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries.
▶Impact
To improve the wellbeing and quality of life of carers and dependent people through music therapy, art therapy, ceramics and reflexology workshops. It is anticipated that a website will be created to disseminate resources and facilitate replication in other communities. A strengthening of collaboration between the organisations involved and the development of social inclusion itineraries to improve access to services and resources is also foreseen. The aim is to raise awareness in the community.
