▶Objectives
Innerworlds aims to address the mental health in the adolescents promoting social awareness and strengthening resilience through the co-design and co-creation of an innovative and engaging mobile video game that will be developed, piloted and implemented following evidence-based psychological techniques. Furthermore, this project will equip educational institutions, parents and peers with a practical tool and training to recognize early signs of mental issues to foster a supportive environment.

- Elaborate adequate documentation: key concepts in mental health in adolescence, scientific-based psychological methodologies, self-assessment and self-reporting tools, and useful practices to increase resilience in adolescents - Conduct co-design and co-creation activities with relevant stakeholders to develop an engaging mobile video game - Pilot several actions to collect user feedback and assess the impact - Develop a training package for the consortium and several open learning material

- A co-designed and co-created mobile video game with an engaging game script and art design to promote and enhance mental health in adolescents - Handbook on mental health in adolescents - Different training packages for the consortium and for relevant actors: youth, teachers, educational institution members, policy makers, parents and peers. - Datasets and reports on different levels of impact of the project activities and results.
