Sometimes an individual does not recognise their own skills and abilities, there should be tools in the workplace to deal with this and variations in the way people are managed. We want to reach our target group with an understanding between workers, training institutions and companies of the wide range of skills and jobs that can be encountered in a sector suffering from labour shortages.
