This project aims to improve decision-making in organisations working with adults, by focusing on three areas: governance, management and the reproduction of discriminating systems. The objectives are: * Identify the challenges, experiences and best practices of structures in these areas * encourage networking between organisations that share similar concerns * Foster better understanding between different team member

A1 - Management, dissemination and evaluation of the project. A2 - Research, training and the creation of a common framework of reference between partners. A3 - Involves setting up consultation workshops to bring out the challenges, experiences and best practices of professionals. A4 - Transmission and dissemination of our experience through a podcast and two case studies in EN and FR.
