This designed methodology and framework comprise breakthrough tools to define the impact strategy and measurement of EU funded adult projects but will also be transferrable to other educational projects. The ultimate achievement is to enhance the impact and its measurement for organizations/funding organisms to highlight the effective impact of E+ funded projects.
