We dream of a progressive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Europe that is inclusive and non-discriminatory allowing everyone to connect easily and access the necessary resources and tools to grow their businesses. This system would become a leading model, where entrepreneurs will have developed impactful and financially sustainable projects, embodying a progressive entrepreneurship as an innovative approach to the existing entrepreneurial model. This project is the first building block of this dream

This project consists of 3 phases: first, the development of methodologies, modules, and a support program designed to help women and gender minority entrepreneurs grow their activities in a progressive, impactful, and financially viable manner; second, a 3-month pilot test involving 16 women and gender minority entrepreneurs in France and Germany to evaluate the developed materials and support program; and third, dissemination phase to ensure the results are freely accessible and widely shared.

The results of this project will include innovative methodologies to facilitate a circle, along with thematic modules and self-training resources designed to support progressive business development and entrepreneurial models and a comprehensive support program that addresses the specific needs of women and gender minority entrepreneurs. A manual compiling all resources will also be created, and an online space will be established where all resources will be published and made freely accessible.
