Our project proposes to use no-code tools as a support for experiential learning so that worker and volunteers in small not- for-profit organisations can acquire basic digital skills (use of data, communication, content creation, secrecy, problem solving) in a work situation. It will offer a hybrid learning path with e-learning training modules, in preparation for a learning trip to Romania, which will take the form of a collaborative hackathon.
