The main target group is formed by 36 trainers of the partner associations which have as objectives: O 1. To acquire at least 3 new practices and work methods, adaptable to the profile of seniors in their regions. O 2. To learn and put into practice at least 4 new methods of intergenerational inclusion (young people - seniors). O 3. To acquire new digital resources and tools relevant to the profile of seniors (easy games, programs, communication and documentation platforms and sites, etc.).

Activities to prepare the project implementation. Activities that support the fulfillment of the objectives: 4 learning activities offered by each partner institutions in its country. Monitoring activities, ensuring the quality of the Implementation Plan, carried out according to a predetermined plan. Activities to evaluate the achievement of objectives through learning activities. Activities to disseminate and valorize the project results and ensure its sustainability. Reporting activities.

To acquire: - Types of attractive activities designed to motivate seniors' participation in community life, concrete examples of integration starting from seniors' needs, from the use of their creativity, talents, life experiences, the social and inclusive value of culture and digitalization; at least 4 sets of programs, digital work techniques and interactive games, 4 examples of intergenerational integration projects (seniors-young people-adults) examples of senior active participation.
