Hybrid the future - Hybrid Education in Vocational Education and Training (VET)

At the heart of the hyVET project lies a collaborative and innovative educational approach based on a variation of a hybrid teaching model (blend of physical and virtual learning) applicable in the VET sector. The main objective of the hyVET project is to prepare VET schools for the new, post-pandemic education by creating, testing and implementing a variation of a hybrid teaching model with a set of tailored tools, resources, materials for VET teachers, trainers, practitioners and students.

The hyVET partnership will implement the following activities: 1-project Management and implementation 2-Quality control&evaluation 3-The production of the project outcomes -Design, development & capacity building -Pilot testing & evaluation -Finetuning, translation and adaptation of project outcomes. 4-Training of trainers 5-Promotion and exploitation -seminars -conferances -e conferances -multiplier events -local trainings -webinars

1-Methodology of hybrid teaching in VET schools: a new paradigm for teaching and learning in VET. 2-Hybrid teaching: professional certification course for VET teachers :online learning platform with VEY hybrid courses and activities.Trained VET teacher/staff/experts within trainings. 3-Learning style online test for hybrid VET learners : a diagnostic tool for on-line learning style of VET learners. 4-Promotional materials targeted at VET schools/teacher/staff/experts/learners and sector.
