In an international context marked by rapid economic changes, European territories are becoming places of life, social inclusion and redeployment of strategic economic activities. The project consists of relying on Forecast Management of Jobs, Skills and Career Paths tools to support these transitions in order to ensure a better balance between job supply and demand and to train training professionals.

We will implement: Reflective workshops on local development practices Training for territorial managers and facilitators on territorial skills A global communication strategy (Website, exchange platform, videos, etc.) A capitalization report A closing seminar

We hope that this project will facilitate the development of sustainable employment in the territories and the adequacy between job offers and the demands desired by the local population. We also hope to set up new training courses adapted to the European level We hope to consolidate a group of expert actors in a position to provide new innovative solutions for their territories and for all European territories.
