▶Objectives
The À Tisch ! project aims to initiate multi-cultural professional exchange between craftsmen from Brittany and Upper-Bavaria by developing and implementing two specialised practical VET courses for baked specialties and design for craftspeople The overall objective after project end is to develop a regular offer of VET programmes between the two chambers of craft involved (CMA Bretagne & HWK für München & Oberbayern) and consolidate cooperation work between the two organisations.
▶Activities
Two 5-day pilot vocational training courses will be implemented, one in each partner region. Food is the common related topic that will be explored in two distinctive and complementary ways: > CMA Bretagne will provide a condensed course on the baking principles of iconic French bakery products: French baguette, viennoiserie et Breton style cakes > HWK will provide a new course concept relating to the different aspects of design within the context of table culture in Brittany and Upper-Bavaria

> Development of 2 new short and multi-cultural courses > New vocational skills and better cultural diversity awareness to French and German participants enrolled in the pilot courses > Reinforcement of both project partners collaborative links > Implementation of a new international course at the Academy of design and creation in Munich, Bavaria > A first hand practical experience in coordination and management of Action KEY 2 project for CMA Bretagne
