โ–ถObjectives

The main objective of this project is to develop an innovative employment interview AI simulator aimed at enhancing the employability of students/young professionals. By providing a platform for practising interview scenarios, we seek to improve participants' communication skills, confidence, and readiness for the job market. The simulator will offer tailored feedback and support, helping users to refine their interview techniques & better understand the expectations of potential employers.

โ–ถActivities

Development of an AI interview simulator. A detailed plan & definition of roles will be done, followed by the development of content, a comprehensive question bank and realistic scenarios. The technical work will often occur, with user feedback to refine functionalities. After testing, the simulator will be launched with training sessions for educators and students. An evaluation of its impact, the opening of the platform for community access and dissemination activities will be done too.

โ–ถImpact

A functional interview simulator that is accessible to students, young professionals, etc. It will not only provide practical interview practice but also include analytics tools for tracking user progress. It will be culturally and linguistically inclusive, making it a valuable resource across different European contexts. It will contribute to the long-term employability of its users, providing them with essential skills for navigating the job market and boosting their career prospects.
