▶Objectives
The SOULS project aims to cultivate youth engagement by bridging skill gaps with targeted activities, exchanges, e-learning, and games. Promote political awareness, communication skills, and empower youth in advocacy, community participation and social policy. Strengthen youth capacities with tools for structured dialogue and youth policy support, through inclusive dialogue with decision-makers and stakeholders.
▶Activities
SOULS will implement focus groups to identify training needs, create tailored training modules, and conduct pilot sessions. Activities include developing the "Youth Participation Toolkit," organizing international training exchanges, and launching the SOULS educational platform. InfoDays, structured dialogues, and live forums with SOULS Ambassadors, complemented by the creation of promotional materials, a dedicated website, and the Youth Power Play board game to engage youth will be implemented.
▶Impact
The project will deliver a "training package", a "Youth Engagement Toolkit", an interactive board game "Youth Power Play", the SOULS training platform for self-education and dialogue, and a youth exchange for practical training in leadership, advocacy and civic engagement. Youth community participation will be increased, leadership and advocacy skills will be enhanced, and organizational skills will be strengthened.
