The ‘That's Clear!’ project aims to promote inclusive communication to break down the barriers faced by marginalised young people. By training youth workers in the use of plain language, we aim to improve access to services, increase young people's participation and enhance equal opportunities for all, in line with European priorities on inclusion and diversity.

We will be setting up co-diagnosis workshops with young people and youth workers, and plain-language training (face-to-face and online) Youthpass certification. These activities will include the creation of visual and textual resources in clear language for youth structures and the youth sector, as well as a platform to host the content produced, facilitating its dissemination across Europe.

In the short term, the project will improve understanding and access to services for marginalised young people through plain language resources. For youth workers, the training will improve their skills in inclusive communication. In the long term, this project will promote greater recognition of the role of youth workers in Europe, while making services more accessible and inclusive for future generations, thereby strengthening young people's civic engagement and autonomy.
