Objectives

ASPIRE 4.0 aims to empower young people by providing them with the skills, mentorship & resources to launch social enterprises through an Accelerator Model.Fostering social entrepreneurship & encouraging participants to address critical issues(e.g.sustainability), the project addresses youth unemployment & supports social innovation. It also equips youth workers with the expertise to mentor young entrepreneurs, creating a sustainable ecosystem of social impact across partner countries.

Activities

The ASPIRE 4.0 project will implement key activities, including: conducting skills analysis of young social entrepreneurs through Idea Jams in project partners' countries and developing the Accelerator Roadmap; training 12 youth workers in a Transnational Training Lab; guiding 25 young people through the Accelerator Model, which includes business plan development, mentoring, and online learning modules; and hosting a Transnational Business Competition to showcase their social business ideas.

Impact

- 25 young people will complete the Accelerator Model - 12 youth workers will complete the Transnational Training Lab, gaining mentorship skills to support young entrepreneurs - 6 educational modules covering key entrepreneurship skills translated in 6 languages - 1 Accelerator Platform for continuous learning and collaboration. - 1 Transnational Business Competition where 3 winners receive further support, and all participants act as social entrepreneurship ambassadors in their communities.
