▶Objectives
The Gastrepreneurs project's primary objective is to support youth individuals -while focusing NEETs- with gastronomy-specified entrepreneurship education with a sustainability-driven“slow food” approach to combat rural/urban depopulation and prevent youth migration to metropolises and support rural revitalisation and while increasing the capabilities of youth centre/youth workers with innovative, digital, motivating training programs and improve young people entrepreneurship skills.
▶Activities
Project activities will be crafted comprehensively, incorporating desk research, field research, piloting activities and FGMs, while leveraging the diverse expertise of multisectoral and multi geographical consortium and use digital tools to develop project results which includes Training Curriculum, digital learnig platorm that houses Training Content, Inpirational Success Videos, Strategy Reference Form and Roadmap for Gastronomy Entrepreneurship with validation and dissemination mechanisms.
▶Impact
As tangible results, training curriculum and content, digital learning platform, inspirational videos, strategy reference papers, roadmaps, piloting and validation reports will be created.Project will not only achieve tangible results but also accomplish the following objectives: Specialized entrepreneurship in gastronomy field, will be supported. Capabilities of youth centres/workers will be enhanced. A fresh opportunity will be created for NEETs to transition into education/employment/business
