To equip the teachers with skills to organize successful activities on healthy lifestyle, mental health and green skills To create a toolkit for educators with methods and advice for environmental and healthy lifestyle education To develop the teachers' abilities to effectively integrate ICT tools into their teaching activity To motivate the students to adopt healthy lifestyle habits and eco-friendly behaviour, to spend more time outdoor To raise awareness on the matter and train other teachers

The main activities will be: -3 LTTAs on the following themes: Strategies for Promoting Children's Mental Health, Steps to a Healthy Life, Integration of Technologies and Applications in Physical Exercise Practice; -local activities with the students and the teachers for applying the information acquired and fo the project's final results; -Toolkit for educators: Methods and advice for environmental and healthy lifestyle education -training sessions with teachers from other region

Our project expected results are: - The project logo - The project website - Digital cartoon characters supporting our project aims - 3 brochures for parents promoting a healthy lifestyle and mental wellbeing: Outdoor Games; Advice for Mental Wellbeing; Healthy Eating Habits and Sustainable Lifestyle; - A guide /toolkit for educators with methods and advice for environmental and healthy lifestyle education - Wellbeing, learning and relaxation garden areas in each partner school
