โ–ถObjectives

The project aims to educate on bioenzyme production from organic waste, promote ecological packaging use, reduce plastic pollution, and conserve ecosystems. We want to adopt bioenzymes for eco-friendly practices, preserve cultural culinary traditions, and improve organic waste management, contributing to environmental sustainability and promoting inclusion and diversity in education. We also want to improve curriculum by adding new and innovative content.

โ–ถActivities

The project will conduct four activities in Croatia and Portugal that consist of workshops on bioenzyme production, eco packaging, sustainable cooking, composting demonstrations, zero waste culinary practices, honey wine production, urban and eco beekeeping and creation of materials that promote these practices. Partners will share their expertise in their fields, contributing to the development of curriculum and promoting inclusion and diversity through practical learning experience.

โ–ถImpact

The project expects to achieve improved skills in sustainable food, wine, and eco-friendly production among participants. It will result in increased adoption of zero-waste practices, bioenzyme use, and ecological packaging. The project aims to foster inclusion by engaging students from diverse backgrounds and will raise community awareness of sustainable practices. Additionally, long-term results include the integration of these practices into school curricula and local businesses.
