The project's goal is to enhance the knowledge of professionals addressing challenges related to generational transitions, both theoretically and practically. With the acquired skills, these professionals will facilitate smooth and sustainable transitions for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by generational change, ultimately contributing to economic prosperity. By equipping participants with essential insights, the project aims to foster effective management of generational issues.

The project involves partners assessing the typical challenges faced by businesses undergoing generational transitions. Based on this assessment, workshops and training sessions will be conducted to present solutions to the identified issues to the target group. Additionally, a study trip to Italy will allow participants to experience firsthand the effective solutions already implemented there. The insights gained from these activities will be shared through the creation of an e-guide.

The primary expected outcome of the project is the enhancement of the target group's knowledge and skills to effectively manage intra-generational cooperation and the challenges of generational change in businesses, with a focus on sustainability for the future. Additionally, the project aims to establish collaborative partnerships among participants that extend beyond its duration, fostering ongoing cooperation.
