Objectives

The goal is to align vocational IT education with labor market demands, enabling teachers and students to understand real market expectations during training. The project offers an open-access task repository and web application, supporting personalized learning paths for skill development. This provides IT companies with a more skilled workforce, ready to integrate into the job market faster.

Activities

We will develop a complex web application that includes a project task bank suitable for vocational IT training and a system to support task evaluation. The task bank will consist of validated tasks simulating real workplace challenges, requiring up-to-date technological knowledge, and will be searchable by topics and technologies. Teachers and students will be involved in testing the system, and it will be presented across EU countries during dissemination.

Impact

We expect the professional competencies of IT teachers to improve and for students to become more motivated in their personal development. The platform will gain international recognition, with more registered users from EU countries. Graduates will enter the workforce with realistic expectations and up-to-date skills. Additionally, the project will support talent development for international competitions.
