Through the VETech Transform project, we want to help VET trainers and students gain the digital skills they need to thrive in today’s fast-changing job market. By focusing on practical training and entrepreneurship, we aim to not only improve their career prospects but also create more inclusive opportunities for those who might otherwise be left behind. Ultimately, we hope to bridge the gap between education and real-world business needs, ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed.

We’re going to implement several key activities in the VETech Transform project. First, we’ll create a digital toolkit to help VET trainers and students develop essential skills. Then, we’ll set up simulation trainings where participants can apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios. We’ll also build a database filled with resources for digital transformation and launch a project website to share all materials. Regular meetings & good collaboration will ensure smooth project management.

VET trainers and students will gain crucial digital skills, making them more competitive in the job market. SMEs will benefit from tools and resources that help them embrace digital transformation. We also anticipate stronger collaboration between education and industry, along with increased opportunities for marginalized groups. Overall, the project will be a milestone and also a lasting impact on vocational education and employability.
