1. Strengthening collaboration between family businesses and VET institutions, directly integrating labor market needs into education 2. Developing and introducing new educational modules based on generational knowledge into VET. 3. Supporting long-term collaboration among the participating partners. 4. Enhancing the capacity and cooperation of partners involved in mobility programs. 5. Identifying and incorporating new dual training partnerships into the everyday practice of VET.

Work Packages: 1. Project Management: Managing and monitoring the project. 2. Methodological Development: Joint development of the framework and methodology, including research on current practices and the development of an educational module. 3. Pilot Implementation: Practical application of the developed methodology in partner institutions. 4. Dissemination and Communication: Disseminating and communicating the project's outcomes.
