The project's aim is to promote the labor market integration of people with disabilities in the tourism and hospitality sectors. To achieve this, comprehensive training programs and an online hybrid learning platform are being developed, focusing on the enhancement of professional and soft skills. The target groups include young people with disabilities, educators, hospitality businesses, and supporters. The goal is to increase the number of inclusive workplaces and promote social inclusion.

The project's key activities include developing specialized training programs for people with disabilities that focus on relevant professional and soft skills in tourism and hospitality. We will create an online hybrid learning platform that provides flexible and accessible learning opportunities. Experiential experts and tourism professionals will be involved in developing training materials. The project promotes international knowledge sharing and the adaptation of best practices.

The expected outcomes of the project include training young people with disabilities, with at least 120 participants who will increase their confidence and employability. We will develop specialized training materials intended for trainers. A functional online hybrid learning platform will be created, providing flexible learning opportunities. The project's results will be shared internationally, promoting the increase in the number of inclusive workplaces.
