Objectives

GreenSCAP aims to train green managers and sustanibility managers to organize and implement “work plans” on film sets. The quality of eco-sustainable plans has great impact in the economic optimization of a production and great cultural impact in the modernization of society. Best practices will be available to professionals, policy makers and production houses. GreenScap consolidates the virtuous network of film and environmental professionals in Europe.

Activities

GreenScap is an advanced training course divided into theoretical sessions and practical exercises. The course compares the most important Environmental Disciplines for Cinema, analyzes recent case studies and connects professionals, location managers and production houses. The course aims to define best practices and produce the useful materials for film, art and industry professionals that can suggest new ways and lifestyles.

Impact

GreenScap aims to provide participants with qualified skills to operate in the film industry and to arouse the interest of professionals, public and private organizations. GreenSCAP aims to be an operational reference for green managers and audiovisual professionals and a pilot action to improve training systems for this sector.
