The SLERA project mainly targets small traders for digital sales strategies through the use of social media. General objectives: - Contribute to innovation in education and vocational training - Digital transformation through the development of resilience and digital capabilities. Specific objectives: - Bring a digital transformation to internal rural areas through training and development of digital capabilities as a tool to combat isolation - Inclusion and diversity.

The structure of SLERA project is divided into SIX activities specified below with their respective implementation time plans: 1.Management & coordination (Project Management) -duration:entire project 2.Kick off Meeting -duration: 2days 3.Focus Group and Research - duration:4months 4.Multimedia platform and instruction manual - duration:6months 5.Training course consisting of 4 mini courses - duration: 4months 6.Final Meeting with open conference for dissemination -duration:2days/entire project.

The results of the SLERA project are: - For the Focus Group and Research activity: collect 10 good practices involving different cities in the various countries identified. - For activity 5: create a multimedia platform with an instruction manual - With the training course, the expected result will be to be able to train about 100 small traders/sellers in the use of the social selling multimedia platform, through the study and practical application of the manual.
