▶Objectives
The project aims to empower young girls aged 13-18 by developing leadership skills, building self-confidence, and challenging gender stereotypes. Through the Empowerment Program and Youth Workers Training Toolkit, the project will equip youth workers with tools to support girls’ development. Ultimately, the project seeks to promote gender equality, encourage diverse career aspirations, and foster active citizenship among young girls across Europe.
▶Activities
We will implement the Empowerment Program, consisting of five leadership modules for young girls, paired with interactive activities. Youth workers will receive a comprehensive training toolkit to deliver the program locally. Key activities include workshops, Empowerment Labs, an e-learning platform with digital badges, video interviews with female leaders, local conferences, and a final project conference to share results and best practices.
