The aim of the project is to reorient care in a socio-ecological sense and redefine it as a practice of resistance. "Ecologies of Care" wants to challenge the dominant models, the lack of time, lack of resources, psycho-physical attrition and fatigue. Which ecological and social relationships are worth regenerating, and which must be undone to transform the condition of life in the commons? What cares generate other worlds?

With "Ecologies of Care" there will be research on how young people experience and interpret their relationships & self-care, activities aimed at recognizing the relationships they experience. Training on recognizing emotions, listening to wounds and respecting one's limits, a toolkit on the theme of community understood as a network of relationships, videos and cards on recognizing our impact on the environment so we can limit it.

General understanding of how to live healthy relationships, how to learn to be interdependent and connected with each other the community around us and the environment, with a view to solidarity and resilience.
