CREATE LAB: Design-led facilitative leadership

We strongly believe that non-formal education can significantly contribute to the development of school leaders skills and competencies by developing their "facilitative leadership" competence, which is a modern communication approach focused on unlocking team’s potential—a shift from a more traditional and authoritative leadership style.

▶Activities
Following activities are planned: 1. Project management 2. Development of Professional development programme - Handbook of facilitation skills for school leaders and detailed 40h PDP 3. Training course for school leaders on facilitation skills in Lithuania 4. CreateLAB mentorship programme
▶Impact
The project's outcome is a developed comprehensive professional development program for school leaders (principals, deputies, lead teachers, etc.) focused on advanced facilitation skills. This program will emphasise visual facilitation tools, such as LEGO Serious Play, Design Thinking/Sprint, and Graphic Facilitation, to enhance the facilitative leadership approach in the school environment.
