Objectives

The Green Saga project aims to engage youth in climate action by developing story-driven educational tools. Through immersive adventure books and pedagogical materials, the project will foster critical thinking, environmental awareness, and decision-making skills. The goal is to empower youth and youth workers to take proactive roles in climate responsibility and build sustainable futures.

Activities

The project will develop and test 15 adventure books, a user guide, and support materials, all translated into six languages. Activities include a training session for 10 youth workers, testing phases with 140 young people and 19 youth workers, and dissemination events in five partner countries. Digital platforms and social media will extend the project's reach, sharing resources with educators and youth workers across Europe.

Impact

Green Saga will produce 15 adventure books, a user guide, and seven tutorials translated into six languages. The project will train 10 youth workers, who will receive Europass Mobility certificates, and engage 140 young people during the testing phase, who will receive a Youth Pass. A white paper summarizing the project’s findings will promote story-driven environmental education, ensuring long-term impact and broad adoption across Europe.
