▶Objectives
The project enhances students' educational experience by strengthening their technical, practical and CSR skills. Targeted training on financial and societal performance analysis and an interactive online platform develop their skills in management, sustainability and digital tools. The project promotes transnational cooperation through the exchange of best practice and supports digitization in line with European vocational training priorities.

1. Research, analysis, and data collection 2. Finalization of the barometer and conceptualization of the online platform 3. Creation of the barometer; a digital tool designed to collect, analyze, and visually represent key financial and social indicators of establishments in the sector 4. Training of trainers 5. ▶Impact
The project is creating a financial and social performance barometer to enhance the skills of hotel and restaurant students. Through an online platform, they will develop skills in management, CSR, data analysis and critical thinking. The collaboration with Ferrandi Paris and the focus on sustainability will encourage responsible practices and the exchange of European best practices.
