▶Objectives
We will strengthen European identity and shared values among students to foster active citizenship. It will also align VET programs with labour market needs, ensuring that students develop relevant skills for their careers. Additionally, the project will enhance the international dimension of VET programs to promote global perspectives and cross-border collaboration. By achieving these goals, we will prepare students to be engaged, skilled and globally aware individuals.
▶Activities
We will develop educational modules that integrate European values and align VET curricula with labor market needs. Needs assessments will guide the creation and testing of pilot programs. Educators will be trained on the new content, and international partnerships will be established for collaborative projects. We will monitor implementation, adjust as needed, and share best practices through conferences and webinars.
▶Impact
Short term: The relevance of curriculum is increased and driven by labour market demands so it will boost VET-school cooperation between private/public healthcare sector. Medium-term: Job seeker’s skills are improved. Long term: It will contribute to better overall health/wellbeing of individuals, local communities, working environment and health policy. All people involved will be encouraged to start with micro-changes and gradually change this behaviour into a ritual that can be sustained.
