▶Objectives
1. Enhancing Teaching skills in the early years with advanced pedogical strategies to improve their teaching effectiveness 2. Establish a community of educators (professional learning community or PLC) to support each other in early years teaching 3. Improve basic competencies and inclusion through innovative teaching methods 4. Foster critical thinking and problem solving in young children 5. Ensure the sustainability of training programmes by integrating them into the regular teaching
▶Activities
The project includes 3 mobilities (including one which is an Eramsus day and Closing conference) for educators to exchange strategies on teaching the emergent curriculum and the creation of an online professional development portal for educators and parents. The mobilities and job shadowing will support schools in creating an online platform for professional development, specifically for educators focused on the emergent curriculum. More details can be found in Annex 2.
