We aim to address a clear labour market need by helping SMEs access funding opportunities. SMEs require grants and financial tools to thrive, but they face several challenges. First, many lack awareness of these opportunities. Smaller SMEs struggle to assign dedicated staff, and even when they do, these staff members often lack the capacity needed to write competitive applications or manage projects. Our project will meet these need by establishing an EU Helpdesk within partnering organisations.
