The main aim is to help our youth to be better understood with regards to the life challenges and stressors they face. Objective 1: Understanding better our youth, especially when it comes to challenges and stressors. Objective 2 is to help the care givers to better understand their children and how to support them. Objective 3 would be that of actually having the young people trained how to face life challenges. Objective 4 is actually that of preparing material that youth workers can us
▶Activities
The activities are: An in-depth study to better understand the challenges that youth are facing The creation and delivery of workshops based on these challenges’ with young people and their care givers. Evaluation of the material created and the publication of the guidebook that will gather all the research carried out and material produced. Dissemination to make sure to make what we created visible and easily reached accessed by others.

The results are: - A better understanding of what the youth are facing today - Youth will be better trained how to face these challenges and how to be more resilient - Care givers will understand what youth are facing and what support they can offer. - A guidebook that will collect all research and material produced including the session for youth and caregivers. - Great networking between the partners that can lead to new projects that benefit the community.
