▶Objectives
The projectpartners aim to adapt the Dutch wage-value system (=loonwaardemethodiek) to the German regulations and process of work re-integration for people with disabilities. Using the Dutch experiences in digital based instruments and the German standards for barrierfree language, this projects focuses on developing a digital competences questionnaire that enables the tragetgroup to find potential orientated, sustainable work opportunities.
▶Activities
First of all, within the project several personal meeting events in Germany and in the Netherland will take place to deepen the understanding and comparison of both systems of re-integration for people with disabilities. The second focus of the project is the development of an questionnaire for loonwaardemeting in German according to the German standards and laws for barrierfree written language. Starting point for the development is the already existing questionnaire of Loonwaardemeting.
▶Impact
The expected result of the project is the pdf-file of the questionnaire in barrierfree language in German. This document will be used in future projects of Dariuz. The plan is to translate it into Dutch and test it in the re-integration practice in the Netherlands. The second expected result is the broader public awareness of the loonwaarde methode in Germany. Based on this a pilotproject could test the questionnaire in the German re-integration practice.
