Through AI-GUIDE, we aim to enhance career guidance in vocational education and training by implementing an AI-based methodology and toolkit. Our focus is on personalizing career guidance for students by equipping educators and school leaders with innovative strategies tailored to various educational contexts. This approach not only promotes students' self-reflection and enriches their learning experiences but also alleviates teachers' workloads, ensuring individualized support.

We will implement several activities, including the development of AI-based career guidance methodologies and training sessions for educators. We will also conduct surveys and interviews to gather feedback, testing the methodology in real-world settings. Additionally, we will create a project website to share resources and hold regular project meetings for progress updates. The final results will be disseminated through a email campaign targeting schoolleaders, EU platforms and social media.

We expect the project to yield significant results, including improved career guidance practices and enhanced student engagement in vocational education. By equipping educators and school leaders with effective AI tools, we aim to increase the personalization of career counseling services. Furthermore, we anticipate fostering a network of educators who will continue to share and refine these methodologies, contributing to the broader digital transformation in vocational education across Europe.
