Objectives

The project aims to empower women in Vocational Education and Training (VET) by enhancing their skills and opportunities in industry, sports, and office environments to cover the gender gap. We seek to improve employability, to enrich the entire workforce, promote inclusion and diversity, support teachers and educational leaders, and address social responsibility and human rights. Through collaboration, we create impactful resources, share best practices, and motivate all stakeholders involved.

Activities

We will implement a series of activities including workshops, expert lectures, and site visits focused on enhancing women’s roles in industry, sports, and office settings. Activities will also include creating and sharing digital media content, conducting evaluations, and organizing cultural events. These will foster skill development, promote best practices, and ensure broad dissemination of project results to motivate and engage students, teachers, and the community.

Impact

We expect the project to result in increased female participation and success in VET fields, improved employability, and enhanced support for educators. Additionally, the project will generate valuable resources and best practices for inclusion and diversity, foster a collaborative European network, and raise awareness about social responsibility and human rights. The dissemination of these results will inspire and engage educational communities and stakeholders across Europe.
