The project aims to empower youth by enhancing critical thinking, public speaking, and confidence through debate and decision-making training. It seeks to foster democratic engagement, build adult facilitation skills, and create a sustainable model for debate practices, promoting democratic values globally.
▶Activities
The project will conduct workshops in Norway and the Netherlands on debate techniques and decision-making, develop age-appropriate debate pilots, create deliberative modules, and engage youth in leading discussions to promote democratic participation.
▶Impact
We expect improved critical thinking, to strengthen youths voice and self-confidence, increased participation and political efficiency in decision-making, enhanced facilitation skills in adults, a sustainable debate model, greater public awareness of youth empowerment, and strengthened organisational collaboration.
