▶Objectives
PTE project aims to improve the employability of young people with autism by developing the key and soft skills needed to enter the labour market. It seeks to reduce barriers to employment, such as skills gaps and emotional challenges, while raising employers' awareness of inclusive recruitment practices. Ultimately, the project will promote inclusion and long-term sustainability through open access educational resources and training for young workers and employers.
