The aim of the project is to improve the digital competences of seniors, which will allow them to function better in the information society, increase their social integration and counteract digital exclusion. Through the implementation of workshops and the development of educational materials, the project aims to develop effective methods of working with seniors. The project also aims to develop the competences of educators and exchange good practices between international partners.

• Development of educational materials by an international team of experts: 12 scenarios of the “Digital Academy” workshops and the e-book “Digital Education for Seniors: Good Practices and Methods”, which will be the basis for further teaching. • 2 international meetings of staff and educators combined with workshops with knowledge transfer • 2 international workshops for seniors in Poland and Slovenia (16 people in total) • Local workshops for seniors improving digital competences (100 people)

Expected results: • Increased digital competences of seniors and increased social activity • Development of educational materials (12 workshop scenarios, e-book) • Increased competences of educators in working with seniors • Increased potential of partner organizations thanks to the exchange of experiences and gaining new educational tools • Internationalization of the organization's activities Mobility of staff, educators, seniors and increased their linguistic and intercultural competences
