Objectives

The project aims to develop partnerships that support adult education through intercultural, digital and social inclusion. It focuses on improving educators' digital competencies, developing intercultural awareness and countering social and digital exclusion. The beneficiaries of the project will be educators and people from groups at risk of exclusion: seniors, women 50+ and immigrants. The project responds to contemporary challenges of social diversity and digital transformation.

Activities

The project involves local and international activities. As part of the local activities, each partner will organize workshops to increase the intercultural, digital and social competencies of the participants. International partnership meetings will serve to share experiences, showcase good practices, and provide ICT training. International workshops will enable participants to develop cultural and digital skills, using digital tools and communication applications.

Impact

The expected results are to increase the competence of educators in ICT and intercultural inclusion. Workshop participants from groups at risk of exclusion will increase their digital, social and intercultural skills. Sustainable international partnerships will be formed, and the project will have a long-lasting impact on local communities, promoting social and digital inclusion. Educational materials and digital products will be created to support future inclusion and education activities.
