Objectives

Through the implementation of the "New Senior" project, we aim to enhance the competencies of staff while simultaneously improving the quality of life for seniors by supporting their cognitive abilities and technological skills. We intend to promote healthy and active aging, social integration, and mutual support within local communities. Additionally, we seek to inspire other organizations to adopt the best practices developed in this project.

Activities

As part of the project, we aim to organize 4 mobilities during which seniors and staff will learn about best practices in partner countries, develop and implement effective solutions and recommendations to support learning capabilities among the elderly, and share the project results with a wide audience during a mobility focused on disseminating the outcomes.

Impact

The project's outcomes will include improved cognitive abilities and technological skills for seniors, as well as greater social integration. The developed educational materials and recommendations will enhance the competencies of the staff and be widely disseminated, inspiring other organizations to undertake similar actions and creating sustainable support structures for older adults.
