Our priority is to manage the use of AI for the benefit of all parties in education. We want to exchange expertise and design digital teaching materials using AI. Objectives are specified and summarised as follows: Encourage teachers to use AI in different subjects and design their own digital content With the help of school management, promote innovation with AI in regular classes Increase students´motivation and engagement through AI Promote and deepen international cooperation
▶Activities
Firstly, we are going to carry out research to monitor the use of AI by teachers and students. After that, we aim to prepare a digital competence framework for schools. We will provide professional development for teachers to be more confident in using AI in their lessons and prepare their own materials using it. The use of AI will be implemented in three educational areas: languages (literacy), social science (citizenship and cultural awareness), and STEM (numerical and scientific skills).
▶Impact
We expect tangible and intangible results. New approaches to teaching and creating digital teaching materials (languages, social science, and science-STEM) will be shared in different educational sectors. Staff will develop key competencies that will also be beneficial for our organisations, students, and other clients. Other results expected are a logo, a website, research on the use of AI in schools, a digital competence framework, and recommendations in terms of the use of AI in subjects.
