The objective of our project is to support students' exploration & preparation for successful careers in STEM fields & to develop the skills that are essential for success in these careers and also to help students understand the wide range of STEM career options available. The ultimate goal is to help students make informed decisions about their future and increase their chances of success in the competitive STEM job market.
