By implementing the project, the goal is to empower 30 disadvantaged students with social-emotional skills that enhance their personal, emotional, and social development. Additionally, the project aims to train teachers in SEL (social-emotional learning) practices, promote cross-cultural collaboration, and develop innovative teaching strategies. This will ultimately improve both students' well-being and teachers' digital and pedagogical competencies.

The project will include training five teachers from each school in social-emotional learning (SEL), developing the competencies of 30 students in self-awareness, decision-making, and relationship skills. Activities will focus on exchanging five educational best practices, fostering collaboration in culturally diverse teams, and creating an online course on learning strategies and a guide with SEL conversation cards for teachers to use in language, arts, or theater lessons.

The project is expected to improve the personal, emotional, and social development of 30 students through SEL. Teachers will enhance their skills in SEL practices and digital teaching methods. It will foster collaboration in culturally diverse teams, strengthening teamwork skills. Additionally, the project will produce an online course on learning strategies and a SEL conversation guide, benefiting both students and teachers in the long term.
