▶Objectives
We aim to enhance the inclusiveness and social integration in secondary schools by equipping teachers with non-formal educational methods to support students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, during their transition to secondary school. Through the creation and implementation of the ""Inclusive Classrooms Teachers Book,"" we intend to foster cohesive classroom environments that promote emotional well-being, tolerance, and conflict resolution.
▶Activities
We will develop the ""Inclusive Classrooms Teachers Book,"" conduct teacher training (LTTA), and organise an international workshop where students will participate in activities designed to foster inclusion and conflict resolution. We will also implement local workshops to train external teachers and host multiplier events to disseminate project results. Continuous evaluation will ensure the refinement of the resources for long-term application in diverse educational settings.
▶Impact
We expect enhanced teacher skills in fostering inclusive classrooms, increased student emotional well-being and social integration, and the successful adoption of the ""Inclusive Classrooms Teachers Book"" in schools across partners’ countries and beyond. The project will strengthen collaboration among partner organisations, create sustainable educational tools, and offer long-term improvements in classroom management, benefiting students and teachers alike.
