ZIELONA PRZYSZŁOŚĆ HORECA
▶Objectives
The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the competence of HORECA industry training staff in the field of ESG and sustainable development based on long-term planning of company development based on sustainable development goals, i.e. environmental (E-environmental), social (S-social) and corporate governance (G-governance) issues.
▶Activities
Activities planned in the project include cooperation of Partners, based on experience in ESG, HORECA sectors, and vocational education: - developing educational solutions for ESG Leaders in HORECA, including the development of an Educational Program - ESG in HORECA with educational materials. - building the position of ESG Leader in HORECA - promoting the sustainable HORECA sector internationally

RESULTS: - 1 Educational program - ESG in HORECA - 2 e-learning courses for traning staff, VET trainers and ESG leaders - 1 training program for ESG leaders in HORECA with materials - 2 educational games: ESG in HORECA and ESG Leader in HORECA - 1 international conference (min. 50 people) with a demonstration of ecological and sustainable cuisine - 8 thematic articles - 4 interviews with ESG trainers - 3 online promotional workshops - 1 video promoting ESG in HORECA - partners meetings
